EMH is a fully private, 100 bed tertiary care hospital established in 1966 as a general hospital with the purpose of fulfilling the needs of a growing city for a facility providing inpatient and outpatient care. Estevez Memorial Hospital, Inc. (EMH) has grown into an institution with expanded services aimed at meeting the demand for excellent care by a progressive city.
Today, EMH serves not only Legazpi City which is the capital of Albay in the Bicol region (Region V); and the surrounding communities but also the provinces of Sorsogon, Catanduanes, Masbate and Camarines Sur and Camarines Norte.
